- E25/A1 highway in the direction of «Lausanne Sud», «EPFL» exit
- Parking
- Warning ! there is no more parking available at a fixed price of CHF 10.-
- If you come by car , you can still park in the parking area of the EPFL at usual rate.
- Accessibility
- Over-range parking spaces available in the car-park (see registration form for more information)
- Disabled and wheelchair-bound attendees may be deposited in front of the STCC's main entrance
- The metro stop is located very close to the STCC's entrance (less than 5 minutes walking distance, slope of less than 6%)
- Wheelchair accessible toilets (level 0 and level 2, elevators available)
- Equipement
- The auditorium is equipped with a magnetic loop for visitors with hearing aids.

- Simultaneous French-English and English-French translation

- CHF 40.- Free for attendees benefiting from a disability pension or an Old-age and survivors' pension – Free for the first 150 registered students – Registration includes lunch buffet
